Mission Statement
The Comox District Teachers’ Association (CDTA) represents all members employed by School District 71.
The objectives of the CDTA are to promote public education and the teaching profession as a public good,
strive for excellence in the working conditions, wellness, and professional development of teachers.
We actively engage in the work of the British Columbia Teachers’ Federation, acting on behalf of members
in all matters related to their employment and represent them as their bargaining agent.
