BCTF Health & Wellness 

The BCTF Health and Wellness Program supports and empowers members recovering from illness or injury to regain an optimum state of wellness, health, and productivity by providing rehabilitation services and promoting self-care. 
 It is funded by the BCTF.

Starling Minds is an online mental health and wellness tool designed specifically for teachers and made available to everyone by the BCTF. 
When teachers run out of sick time and are ill, the BCTF provides a Salary Indemnity Plan (SIP) to help shoulder some financial burden.  Please contact the CDTA President for more information about how this plan works.

3- EFT Form (or include a void cheque)
4- SIP Regulations 
5- **NEW** SIP Intermittent Absences Form** (max 5 sick days/year) 
      This is if you run out of sick days, and need up to 5 sick days extra in the school year.
       Can be used for COVID-positive quarantine days, if you run out.

Employee Assistance Program (EFAP)

EFAP is provided through SD71 and can be found under the SD71 website under 'Work to Wellness'
